At a meeting of the Board of Directors of KAMAZ PTC held on Friday, December 8, in Naberezhnye Chelny, the company approved its Strategic Development Program for the period until 2030.
This year’s final meeting of the Board of Directors of KAMAZ PTC was chaired by Sergey Chemezov, General Director of Rostec State Corporation. Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the meeting.
The Strategic Development Program of KAMAZ PTC for the period until 2030 was heard and approved. Among the key goals that the company plans to achieve by this time are revenue in the amount of 806 billion rubles, sales of trucks at the level of 60 thousand units. At the same time, the share of sales abroad should be 16%, EBITDA margin – 9%.
Among the main areas of development is the new KAMAZ product line (K5+ generation trucks, new families of passenger transport and Compass vehicles, carbon-free and highly automated transport) and new businesses (quarry and all-terrain vehicles, integrated transport solutions, ecosystem of services). Efforts will also be aimed at modernizing production facilities that meet the advanced level of automotive industry.
The investment program has been formed in the amount of more than 380 billion rubles, the priority programs are “R&D”, “Reengineering 2.0”, “Development of new businesses and sales”.
Much attention in KAMAZ's strategy is paid to environmental issues and low-carbon development, social policy, and improvement of the corporate management system.
