The Board of Directors of KAMAZ PTC recommended paying the final dividend for 2022 in the amount of 1.84 rubles per share.
The company's shareholders recommended distributing the net profit of KAMAZ PTC (according to RAS) received based on the results of operations for 2022 in the amount of 5.388 billion rubles. Of these, it is planned to allocate 1.301 billion rubles for the payment of dividends, which is the highest figure in the modern history of the company, the remaining 4.086 billion rubles will not be distributed. Dividends will amount to 1.84 rubles per share.
Persons who are entitled to receive dividends and whose rights to shares are accounted for by a nominal shareholder will receive cash dividends in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on securities. The register of shareholders for receiving dividends is to be closed on July 11.
