Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov, a subsidiary of KAMAZ in Bashkiria, again participated in the international specialized exhibition Construction Equipment and Technologies-2017 which took place in Moscow.
An upgraded CityPump line concrete pump with a hydraulic system to load/unload holders of concrete pipes based on a KAMAZ-43253 chassis (4x2, Euro 4) was presented on the company's stand. The concrete pump is equipped with components and a PCU by LIEBHERR with an output of 80m3/h. The standard concrete pump is meant for 120 meters. The use of the line concrete pump enables to reduce labour effort while performing the works and concrete placing in a confined space - under restrained urban conditions, in tunnels, underground parkings. This model is designed to replace stationary concrete pumps at construction sites. The CityPump costs like imported machinery.
Besides, KAMAZ PTC's exposition also included one more model of TZA's product line-up - Concrete Mixer 58147Y based on a KAMAZ-6540 (8x4, Euro 4) at the CTT-2017 exhibition. The "mixer" can transport up to 7 cubic meters of concrete mixture without violations of weight regulations. The model is equipped with direct power takeoff and features a number of engineering changes: there is an ergonomic ladder and an extended platform for an operator's convenience.
