According to the results of 2022, Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov more than doubled its output. In 2023, the subsidiary of KAMAZ in Bashkortostan plans to increase production by another third.
During 2022, initiatives ensuring a smooth transition of industry to domestic analogues were a priority for Russian companies. The subsidiary of KAMAZ has implemented current projects aimed at strengthening the technological sovereignty of the country, meeting demand at the expense of domestic products. Against the background of the withdrawal of a number of foreign manufacturers from the Russian market, Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov promptly carried out work to find alternative suppliers of automotive components and responded to the increased demand with a supply of vehicles.
By the end of 2022, the volume of sales amounted to 5 billion 783 million rubles (in 2021 – 2 billion 709 million rubles). The main driver of the growth in production volumes was towed machinery. In 2023, it is planned to produce and sell products worth 7 billion 834 million rubles (an increase of 35% against 2022). At the same time, the company plans to produce about 1.5 thousand concrete mixers (an increase of 12% against 2022), and almost 3 thousand units of towed machinery (an increase of 46% against 2022). In this regard, in 2023, the plant will implement a number of projects aimed at increasing labor productivity and updating the technopark. In particular, it is planned to purchase milling, sheet bending machines, rollers, guillotines.
According to the Quality program, the goal is to reduce the level of complaints from consumers for concrete mixers, trailers and semitrailers produced by TZA PTC by 6% relative to the values of 2022.
Russian industrial enterprises continue to follow the path of development. The achieved production indicators are the result of the work of highly qualified specialists who act in the interests of security and economic stability of Russia. In 2023, TZA PTC and other divisions of KAMAZ continue to work in strategically important areas for the country. Today, the Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov is one of the top Russian enterprises for the production of special equipment, occupies a leading position among manufacturers of concrete transport equipment in the Russian market. In order to fulfill the tasks set at the enterprise, it is planned to increase the staff by 31% against 2022.
